That's the best example of the absolute lack of the basic concept of freedom that Democrats display, and just how unbelievably absurd their argument is.
We were wrong by going to Iraq and granting them the freedom to actually write a Constitution, and out of the very same mouth, they also want to dictate what that Constitution says!
Giving the people of Iraq freedom, means that THEY get to write THEIR OWN Constitution, not the Constitution wanted by the very people who believe that it was wrong for them to be free to write it to begin with!

The 'rat/media playbook for the last several years has been to "Nixonize" the Bush presidency. They managed to destroy Tricky Dick after he won a mandate regarding Vietnam by crushing McGovern. They dream to themselves: "We won politically by sabotoging one war. Why can't we do it again!"
The problem is that for all the hysterical whinning, hand ringing, and lying the Bush Whitehouse is probably the most scandal-free of any in memory. For all his other failing Bush is so squeaky clean that the have to resort to making up scandals: Plamegate, the NSA nonsense, etc.
The 'rats can't stand it the Clinton was a criminal and weirdo and Bush is not. Its literally driving them insane.

Reed just said that evidence of terrorism in Iraq has become more and more "tenuous."

Feingold is the only one who voted against the democrats. From Wisconsin he is a clone of former Senator Proxmire famous for his golden fleece awards and nothing else. He votes with most any losing cause. I hope the Democrats follow this guy like Buffalo over the cliff.

Everyone of the the RATS keep making the claim that the President could go to the FISA court after the fact but who's to say he didn't. The President didn't say he did or didn't. The PResident notified FISA AND Congress about this

If they started connecting the dots, all the dots will lead to DNC headquarters, and we'd find OBL camped out in a bunker beneath DNC HQ.
To: Mo1
Yeah, and the media thinks the President's attitude at press conference was combative.
Ha! 'bout time.
To: Howlin

joe Biden slammed Condi Rice recently for taking such a hands off approach to the Iraqi's writing of their constitution. He was taking the position that our state department made mistake by allowing them to have say in how that was written and what it contained!
To: tsmith130
He has not crossed over and is being ostracized by his party. He has to give them a kiss to be allowed to remain a demonRAT...altho I have no idea why any one would want to be a part of that endangered species.

"Did anyone else see this? Caught it in the background while on the phone. On Fox the new guy from CNN asked former Senator Graham from FL if he leaked the NSA surveillance story to the NY Times!"
I couldn't believe my ears! Slowly the media is beginning to question the motives of the Dems and the Times.
