Many Ten Commandments monuments around the country
were placed by Cecil B. Demille in 1943-44 to promote
his epic "The Ten Commandments" with Charleton Heston.
"We'll know an endorsement of religion when Sandra Day
O'Connor tells us it is an endorsement of religion."
Pray for Michael Newdow: Tried to removed "under God"
from pledge. Now he's trying to remove "in God we trust" from our currency.
Seems to me a lot of "nobody's" are using petty religious
issues to find their 15 minutes of fame. Petty. Really petty!

Michael Newdow is at the top of my list for acting that way. A 5 ton monument though could be argued as doing that too though.

'The Ten Commandements' came out in 1956.

I wonder why Newdow isn't DEMANDING a 7-day work week, with ZERO days off per week.
Afterall, since GOD created the 7-day week, and GOD told us we should REST on the Sabbath/seventh day, then Newdow should be DEMANDING that a day off is no longer allowed because that is the establishment of religion.
Let's see how many atheists there are then!!!
