If members of Congress now believe so strongly that the President's order was illegal and a gross violation of rights, why didn't they speak up three years ago? Silence makes them complicit.

Good point, and is it not curioius that Reid is the only Dummy to have said much about it. Then when he did he was forced to admit that he knew all about the wire taps.
