You've betrayed a basic lack of knowledge about what Al Qaeda IS. The whole reason Al Qaeda is such a virus is because there IS no "central command." You make Osama sound like Dr. Evil, the all-knowing EEEEEvil Mind, when in fact, AL Qaeda is a very loose organization--that's the entire point. They support terrorists who ARE NOT connected under a strong infrastructure. The people who work under Osama know s little of this and a little of that.

Uh, ok--I'll remember that when I read your posts, in particular. Till then, please explain how you know anything about Osama if your attitude is not to believe ANYthing you read (your word). Where are you getting YOUR info? Because you need new sources, since you don't even know the most basic facts about Al Qaeda.

I saw the TV on at work but didn't hear the speech itself. What's the tenor of the response--not one's own opinion, but what's the general (non-FR, non-lefty) feel for how people reacted?
