You're right!
I did a search earlier on news sites to confirm the time. MSNBC, ABC, etc., all already had their "news" articles about the speech posted.
I would prefer that the White House not release speech transcripts until after the darned speech!
Better yet...have them release a transcript and then have President Bush give a DIFFERENT speech...LOL
