A police officer in NY e-mails:
Michael Crook is admitting to have committed crimes. It is a crime to communicate with another via written or electronic means with intent to annoy, harass, or alarm (which he certainly did). In New York, it is called "Aggravated Harassment 2nd Degree" (Section 240.30 fof the New York State Penal Law). He ought to be locked up.

Did anyone else notice that the card sent looked an awful lot like the anthrax letters? Childish handwriting, etc. I hope someone is doing some serious investigating of this guy. I sent a Christmas card with a prepaid phone card to Joshua right after Michelle Malkin reported it. I also sent cards to the others that were named in the Fox News story.
