With all the talk about Treason, it's about time our wonderful Attorney General of the United States, Mister Alberto Gonzalez, empaneled a Federal Grand Jury to investigate all these allegations.
Note that while the maximum penalty is death, that may be too harsh. The minimum penalty is five years imprisonment, ten thousand dollars fine, and being barred from holding office in the United States.

How do you figure that? That should be the penalty for treason in every case that there isn't serious mitigating circumstances and duress involved..like a persons family kidnapped and threatened with death for example. If someone willingly, under no duress, and in their right mind commits treason, kill them.
