What we need to do is prosecute the leaker.

Now, how do we catch him/her? It's probably a Rat Senator or staffer and there's not much that can be done unless there's hard evidence of some sort. I have an idea: maybe the NSA can monitor the phone lines of Kerry, Kennedy, Reid, Durbin, ad nauseum.

I bet it's someone in the CIA. But we should put the reporter in front of a grand jury and find out.

A Senator is difficult to get, but not impossible, they are subject to the law, although there are serious Constitutional limits on what/when they can be prosecuted. Staffers have zero legal protection that any other citizen does not also have. Them we can get.
