Sadly that is probably true.

The other possibiliy that probably won't happen is for a federal prosecution of Mosk for violation of the Electronic Communications Privacy Act. You would not need a subpoena for that. Mosk admitted he accessed MD4Bush's account and that exceeds the access limits allowed by FR's Registration and User Agreement.

Well you know what? Ehrlich knows about this. He fired his own employee, Steffan. He readily agreed to an investigation am I right?

The bottom line is if Ehrlich HIMSELF doesn't demand an investigation into this then forgettaboutit.

Shows all the signs of a spineless Repub I'm sorry to say. They've got to fight back against this stuff. There's nary thing you or I can do about it.

BTW, I lived in Pasadena Md. for 15 years.
