Answer all of the questions you could ever imagine such a doctor might ask, IMMEDIATELY. Your worry that your “loved ones” might be confused with your “hated ones” is very real indeed, but only you can insure your loved ones safety, not us!

Stop underestimating the world's comprehension of Iran's strife and begin the long march to end it. If you wait too long, no surgeon will have time for you. The historical resilience of your nation and fervent demand for democracy by your countrymen for more than a century demonstrates, beyond any reasonable doubt, that Iran and Iranians will survive either therapy.
