Five felonies and the worst he gets is a discharge? Oh well,if there's any justice,his discharge will be made effective when he has 19 years and 6 months of service...so his acts will cost him a pension.

The military tries to refrain from double jeopardy in off duty criminal cases. The LtCol is getting the boot by virtue of disqualifying himself, plus whatever prosecution the civilain authorities pursue.

He is getting the appropriate military punishment. He still faces civilian felony charges. Vehicle owners may also take civil actions against him. The insurance companies might go after him too. The stupid jerk is a disgrace to the US Air Force. As a USAF retired senior NCO,
I would like to know more about this Lt Col's background.
