I have considered that. However, the Israelis are caught between a rock and a hard spot. They cannot accomplish this without our help and if we help them we might as well go in and get the job done because we are going to be blamed by everyone, especially the libs in our own country. The reason I say this, is that the Israelis cannot make it to Iran and back without flying over other countries. They would have either have to get permission or fly around these countries thereby not having the fuel to get back. Here's where the U.S. enters but that also negates the surprise factor. So, what to do. Okay, we are back sitting on our thumbs and considering bringing congressional action in the T.Owens football controversy. Geesh.

What if Israeli aircraft - if capable - or even Israeli pilots, were able to use US carriers as a base to strike Iran? Say under the guise of a joint "training" exercise? There is enough time between now and March 2006 to train them up...
