Yep, the 'permanent government' that laughs at elected officials, especially Republicans. It's ironic justice that Frank Church, the liberal Idaho Democrat who emasculated the CIA (at the command of Jimmah Carter and with the enthusiastic help of Stansfield Turner), ended up ball-less himself. He died young of testicular cancer.
