I don't think WBAL-TV webcasts their news. But the MD4Bush I-Team reports on their 6PM news usually show up on their website (www.thewbalchannel.com) with video around 7:30-8PM. The 11PM news stories usually end up online around 8AM or so.

WBAL TV does not but WBAL Radio* does and it was reported several times on their newscasts today. Bruce Elliot is filling in for Ron Smith the regular 3 to 6 PM host. Bruce has a an evening stint (9 to mid-night except during Orioles broadcasts and a Saturday morning show 7 to noon.
WBAL TV has also been reporting on this story in both their AM and PM newscasts.
