Through all of this, I still haven't found out how MD4BUSH KNEW that he was talking to a Republican operative or that it was even Joe Steffen. Is this link still missing?
There may be a hell of a lot more information behind the crack we've found and are now peering through.

I don't think even NCPAC knew, as of his last post on the subject in February. There have been two main theories:
1) NCPAC posted enough personal information about himself on Free Republic that someone with knowledge of MD politics could have read through his posts and figured out who he was.
2) A mole in the Ehrlich administration may have ratted him out to the MD Dems. A fired Ehrlich administration employee, Michelle Lane, met with the Baltimore City Democrat political establishment in July 2004. MD4Bush started posting here in October 2004. There were some media reports that NCPAC may have had a relationship with Ms. Lane gone sour.
Maybe MD4Bush would care to enlighten us if he's still lurking here.

From his screen name, NCPAC, and the hints NCPAC dropped here and there on his posts.

...And I'm still wondering HOW (and WHO) outed Buckhead after the Rathergate affair.
So this is the second time this has happened to our forum.
