The kind who thinks he's clever. By spreading nasty rumors about himself, he can control his negative media coverage. Make false accusations against himself and then blame the opposition, and while the scandal continues - nobody is actually looking for dirt in the right places because they're all out following a non-existent story.

unfortunately we know that the rats could care less. Prove that they engaged in a complex scheme to undermine a Repub and they will just shrug and in private be doing high fives. Only Repubs get upset when a Repub staffer does anything a bit purple. They carry on and are willing to toss their people to the wolves. Demorats response is 'crime what crime it's just politics'. That sort of iron clad lack of concern over ethics (As one Dem said to me 'What do your stinking ethics get you if you lose. The only thing that matters is winning, period.')is what gives the rats their stamina to just keep banging away. If an election has to be stolen to be won so be it, if treason has to be committed to load up the war chests who cares. They are a party without a shred of integrity but a fierce determination to prevail. That is what makes them a force to be feared.
