Specifically:
In 2000 - BUSH WINS! George W. Bush is elected the 43rd President of the United States.
In 2004 - BUSH WINS! George W. Bush is re-elected to a second term as President of the United States.
In 2005 - BUSH WINS! Iraqi citizens are allowed to vote in their own Government.
