Have no idea. However, it's obvious that MD4Bush knew who NCPAC was before registering. MD4Bush's entire reason for being on FR was to do what he did. He targeted NCPAC from his very first post after registering.

Not only was MD4Bush posting directly to NCPAC, but he was dredging up weeks-old posts that he was never pinged to to post directly to NCPAC - something FReepers rarely do.

As to how MD4Bush knew who NCPAC was in real life, we don't know for sure. But NCPAC posted enough personal information about himself on Free Republic that someone with knowledge of MD politics could have read through his posts and figured it out. Alternatively, a mole in the Ehrlich administration could have ratted him out to the MD Dems. We know Michelle Lane met with the Baltimore City Democrat political establishment in July 2004, after she was fired. MD4Bush started posting here in October 2004.
