It was even better than first reported. Here is from Jerusalem Post:

IAF airstrike targets terrorists outside Gaza City

The IAF attacked a car outside of Gaza City on Wednesday afternoon in which four suspected terrorists were traveling.

Members of the Popular Resistance Committee were allegedly on their way to commit a terror attack when the military struck them down.

The military would not say where it thought the car was headed.

Palestinian reports said at least two men were killed in the targeted attack.

A large blast followed the attack, due to the mass of explosives concealed in the vehicle.

The IDF said that the targeted men had been involved in numerous mortar and rocket attacks against Israel in the past.

Dozens gathered in an angry crowd outside the hospital morgue and emergency room, chanting, "God is Great" and "Destroy Israel."

Good intelligence, excellent shooting!

IDF intel is almost "too good".

It must be all those bugs in Gaza; the microphones disguised
as dog poop, roborats, video pigeons, GPS transponders in
the mortar tubes, highly placed spies, a completely co-opted
cell phone net, just to give the Cutthroat Cult some extra
paranoia.
