According to him.... and look at what Clinton and Reno tried to do using these same arguments,. but different subjects, like the militias and the NRA. You thought the "war on drugs" was fun? Wait 'til you see the "war on guns"... and that's what we're going to have if a Dem gets back into the WH - and I don't care if they supported the war or not, they are ALL on board with the domestic agenda. You want to give them a bigger power arsenal?

You start giving government powers, and trying to justify them, because you think you like what the government is doing NOW, you have to pause and think of when the government will ever give up those powers... and the answer is... NEVER... not willingly anyway, and the fight will be hard.

I don't disagree with you, but... what's the solution NOW, when we have enemys, both foreign and domestic opperating on U.S. soil. Whatever it is, I have to trust in the professionalism of those people in our military and security services to do the right thing.
