You forgot your best buddy, Clinton. After all he signed the bill that created the WTO and rid America of the ability to give most favored nation status, or not, to the Chinese. Now because of "free trade" we cannot discriminate against the Chinese in our trade policies, because that would be considered putting up "barriers".
Never mind that the Chinese government puts up a barrier to their economy by requiring that companies locating there share their ownership with the Chinese communist party.
