Will he be buried in an unmarked grave? Cremated? Years ago, while taking a TDY course at Fort Huachuca, a buddy and I drove over to nearby Tombstone, AZ during their "Helldorado Days" celebration. Among other places, we went to "Boot Hill," where guys like Tookie were buried after being shot by guys like Wyatt Earp. The only headstone--they were hilarious--I remember, is very fitting for Tookie: "Here Lies Lester Something or other. Shot by a Forty-Four. No Les, no more."

We make execution too nice to be a deterrent, and juvies should be eligible.
