Israel already has Air Craft Carriers, Warships and Submarines on deployment in the Arabian Sea with probably 10-20,000 troops along with probably thousands of missiles and artillery rounds ready for action. You are right that it would be a missile war initially until Israel is able to get hundreds of thousands of troops on Iranian Soil from the south. Logistically Iran would have a much tougher time getting to Israel than Vice-Versa. My notion that it would be a cakewalk for Israel is out of line but Israel is more than competent to take care of Iran.

Israel does not have any warships or even carriers on deployment in the Arabian Sea. Israel does not have any aircraft carriers. Israel does not possess any such amphibious capability to put troops ashore in force and sustain them. It's whole nature for its land army is defence. It has no power projection in strategic airlift or amphibious capability. I think that your initial 'Air Craft Carriers' statement sums up your limited knowledge in this topic.
