Amazing how history repeats itself, isn't it? I'm glad it won't happen again in this instance. Thanks for posting this, because I forgot about Abbott.

I must admit I was an advocate on behalf of Abbott. The story of his life is a sad telling of a wayward youth, a neglected victim of circumstances beyond his control. I read his book, "In the Belly of the Beast", before he was released. I cried for his sake. I swore alot on that day which was within days of his release, in fact, in celebration of his release, when he went manic and murdered an innocent person. Abbott was too young when he was confined to solitary and he became the BEAST.
