I wonder if those at TalkLeft mourn the killing of innocent children in the womb?
Modified from the Howie Carr Show:
Good news/bad news day for Tookie. He got a call of support from the Governor. Tookie was given clemency. Unfortunately, it was from Governor Dukakis.
Someone called into the Howie Carr Show with that response, too. LOL. A good one.
I guess I shouldn't be surprised by this posting from talkleft.com. This person probably has more "compassion" for a convicted murderer than for men & women who die defending our freedom in Iraq!
I really didn't think that Arnold would have the strength to deny Tookie a reprieve. He made the corredt decision.
So when we say "Bye Bye"...we are really saying "Be with ye, Be with Ye" ?
The Rodney King riots went on too long. I remember both my parents were still alive then, and I was worried that the looters were going to start migrating down Western Ave, all the way to Torrance.
I've felt sorry for the wrong people many times in my life. It's human nature to want to give someone the benefit of the doubt. I'm not a forgiving person anymore.

My altruistic idealism is mediated by a healthy skepticism these days. Maturity either leads to senility or to a greater respect for what is reasonable.
Merry Christmas and A Joyous Holiday Season to you and your family and friends. God Bless America's military forces.
Age brings about the diploma from the college of hard knocks.
Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukah, and a blessed New Year to you and your family : )
Governor, I apologize. I thought you would let the murderer stay in jail for life. You are da man!
"From now on, the Nobel prize legacy is cheapened before the world by favoring leftist agenda."
Two words:
Jimmy Carter.
*Two words that define infamous.
Actually, I don't hang out there, but every now and then it's funny to see what they are saying about any particular subject. I was a little surprised, because I expected their li'l liberal hearts to be spewing blood all over the place for Tookie. But there were an awful lot of "good riddance" posts, too.
