There are an awful lot of whining Gen Xers and Ys on this site.
I'm a boomer conservative as are most of my friends. We have save rigorously for retirement and are enjoying life now as well.
The rest of the youngsters will just have to whine.
I know, Gen x'ers and Gen Y'ers have nothing to whine about.

Watch out, we don't save we conquer and collect.
Yeah, and I don't worry about Social Security. If all else fails, there's the Logan's Run solution.
Hey, you boomers are the one screwing us over and leaving us to deal with all your debt, all the while you refuse to let us build our retirement apart from social security.
No, we don't have any reason to be pissed at selfish boomers.

We are more conservative than your generation ever was.
It isn't whining when I know that I am paying for your prescriptions when you are sixty-five... an expense you could afford. Or when I realize that there is no pension in the offing... companies don't work that way anymore. Or when I try to fathom the rising cost of my own healthcare, due to an life-long illness that I'll have to negotiate with ever diminishing coverage by the insurance industry.
You'll gladly skim off the top of everything and leave the crumbs for me... while I try desperately to eek out enough savings for my own retirement. But, the ONE thing I'm proud of, is I NEVER fell into that feminist trap that Hillary! and her cohorts did. I'm a stay-at-home mother, with MUCH less money in the bank. But healthier children in the home.
