tobyhill heard something about a 'secret witness' on Fox but he won't expound on it!
I heard that same thing last night on KFI.
Apparently the 'secret witness' was another prisoner he'd
been in jail with. Can't imagine what he could have had
to offer 'after the fact' that would get tookie off, and
couldn't have had much behind it since it's been
practically ignored.
Was probably a ruse just to try and delay things.
