Yet, you and some other freepers who desire to either see him fry or see liberals lose don't have the patience to allow the process to occur. A quarter century wait would seem to indicate a good bit of patience. At what point would you consider the process to have run its course?

However the clemency process should not be removed merely because the judicial took too long, should it? Would you like to eliminate a process that our founding fathers thought was needed to protect us from an out of control judiciary? You don't think the courts could rail road someone?
