I would rather see him making gravel and eating bugs until he dies. Nothing to read and no book writing either. No AC or heat and no letters to or from your brothers on the outside. Make the essentially dead to the world.
As you see I do not agree with the death penalty but since it is the LAW I think that it should be carried out to the letter. In this case and all CA death penalty cases it should have been done years ago. If we are going to execute these guys lets give them one appeal to a high court unless new evidence is found that would change the case. If the appeal fails then the convicted gets it within a month.
This is a decision made by the people of CA, in the person of their elected governor. Therefore the decision should be respected.
