Disagreements and debates are fine
But the Dems got personal about it and they will find themselves very lonely with no one to side with them

I have always had a soft spot for Stevens...I was really feeling for him tonight..
BTW..I could swear I heard Cornyn voted AYE for this!!! What the heck??

It's sad, he's an old man and deserves a little leeway Not leeway .. the Dems fighting their cause .. even though I disagree .. they have the right to do
They showed Stevens no respect .. and after all the years he has been in the Senate working with both sides to get things done .. he at least deserves the respect

I am even disappointed in Joe Liberman
