According to Byrd you are thick-headed and so is Frist...LOL
Of course, Byrd is being purposely "dense" about the fact that Frist is NOT talking about a constitutional rule....but a Senate rule..
I have a feeling this whole short session of the Senate, before the Christmas break, is going to be one long bitch session..about everything the dems can think of.

Good grief, I'll bet anyone of us who hangs out on this thread could do this debate with their eyes closed.

LOL---I stand corrected.
I sure do hope that the Americans, especially the freeper Americans that are gung-ho for immigration reform, are paying some attention to how our Congress is NOT functional right now.
I do believe that as long as President Bush is POTUS, there will not be enough "comity" to pass any meaningful "righteous" legislation on ANY subject, but immigration reform is pretty much as contentious of a subject as these judicial nominees are...
Therefore...I wouldn't look for anything to be changed...but, there WILL be a lot of name-calling and finger pointing.
Unfortunately....the finger pointing will probably end up aimed at President Bush on BOTH sides...
UH--OH....Sen. from MASS up!!!
