Murtha came awfully close to calling for a draft, didn't he? Said that in every other war we "ramped up" the army with a draft, and in this one we didn't. Complaining that the army is as small as it was in 1940. Again with the talk about the army being broken.

What a piece of work this guy is!

Yep .. he kept saying how we haven't met our goals .. something like only reached 84% of the goal
