What did Clinton do for eight years when he was President? Nada. There'd be less global warming if Clinton would keep his yap shut.
Why can't Clintoon just shut up and GO AWAY (and take Jimmy Carter with him)!!!
1997. 95-0.
Well, he could have vetoed it ....... /chuckle
Want to hear the unbiased truth about the global warming scam? Read Michael Crichton's book State of Fear. EXCELLENT book, rips the facade off the environmental movement's tactics and motives.
Clinton should step in front of a speeding truck.

Bush Appoints Pres. Clinton as Kyoto Monitor
by Scott Ott
(2005-12-10) President George Bush today announced he would appoint former President Bill Clinton as the nations first official Kyoto monitor, sending him on a global emissions detection mission.
In the new role, Sen. Hillary Clintons husband will travel the world in a Toyota Prius, and sniff around smokestacks, without inhaling in order to find violators of the Kyoto Protocol.
When Mr. Clinton finds a factory, or automobile, thats emitting high levels of climate-changing pollutants, Mr. Bush said, Hell act with the full authority granted under Kyoto to place a green Mr. Yuck sticker on that smokestack or tailpipe.
I admire President Clintons passion about reducing greenhouse gasses, said Mr. Bush in making the appointment. He gets out in front of the facts and leads with his heart, undeterred by questionable research. Even though when he was in the White House he never submitted the Kyoto Protocol to the Senate for a vote, history will remember that he felt strongly about it. Thats what makes him the kind of leader that he is.
Oh, c'mon. 'Pubbies shift position all the time for no reason at all. This is just Brownian movement.
HaaHaaaaaa! Scott Ott bump! A green Mr. Yuk sticker, gotta love it!
During the past 2 years, more than 17,100 basic and applied American scientists, two-thirds with advanced degrees, have signed the Global Warming Petition.
Global Warming Petition
We urge the United States government to reject the global warming agreement that was written in Kyoto, Japan in December, 1997, and any other similar proposals. The proposed limits on greenhouse gases would harm the environment, hinder the advance of science and technology, and damage the health and welfare of mankind.
There is no convincing scientific evidence that human release of carbon dioxide, methane, or other greenhouse gasses is causing or will, in the foreseeable future, cause catastrophic heating of the Earth's atmosphere and disruption of the Earth's climate. Moreover, there is substantial scientific evidence that increases in atmospheric carbon dioxide produce many beneficial effects upon the natural plant and animal environments of the Earth.

Lemme punch him out.....just one time!
Maybe George Bush, the father, will push him in front of that speeding truck. Seeing them standing, side by side, just makes me ill.

NEVER FORGET
CLINTON refused 3 Offers from the Sudan during the 1990's to give us our No. 1 terrorist enemy OSAMA bin LADEN on a silver platter before he could hit us real hard here at home =

...and what did the "Bent One" do on his watch to achieve the results he now scorns President Bush for not addressing?
Bush policies are responsible only for the part of climate change. Second hand smoking is also important. Sign Kyoto treaty, make smoking illegal and hurricanes will disappear.
