BIO: She is the host of the mid-morning syndicated radio program, “The Laura Ingraham Show”, heard in 340 stations nationwide.
PREVIOUS:
· Practiced law at Washington office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.
· Law clerk for Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas.
· Worked as a young staffer in the Reagan Administration, in the White House, and at the Education and Transportation Departments. (1986-88)
· Graduate of Dartmouth College and University of Virginia School of Law.
· Lived in Leningrad summer of 1983, semester abroad from college. She studied Russian from 8th grade through college.
BOOKS:

PERSONAL:
· From Glastonbury, Connecticut.
· Graduate of Glastonbury High School. “Class Athlete.” Played Field Hockey, Softball, Basketball.
· Her dad was an engineer at Pratt & Whitney aircraft. Her mom, now deceased, was a waitress until she was 73. She has three older brothers.
· Avid sportswoman-hiker, biker, runner (ran in two marathons). Most memorable trip - Botswana photo safari. She’s a self-identified “animal freak.” She says her dog Troy is the most handsome yellow Labrador on the planet: 12 years young.
· Converted to Catholicism in 2003.

Great interview so far. I haven't listened to her show before, I should start.
how is her health doing these days?
She says that she's doing very well in this C-SPAN interview FWIW
She's talking about it now....about when she got the cancer diagnosis. She's doing well. As I recall, she was getting ready to get married, and that's why she went to the doctor in the first place (though at the time she hadn't been there in three years). She is thankful for the diagnosis, and for her friends that helped her through it.
She looks really good. Overall the interview is very fair.
