It probably is in the archives somewhere; it would help if we knew the date it was written. I think that Graham's letter went even further and said that Saddam may have been behind 9/11.
Well, there's plenty of info for that too and I could send it to him if he'd read it. But instead he wimped out completely.

I have the Time mag special 9/11 edition, where Sen Bob Graham who was the CHAIRMAN of the Intell committee at the time.
He is QUOTED as saying there is "some evidence" that Saddam was involved, evidence that is "credible enough that you can't take Iraq off the list".
What could that CREDIBLE evidence have been? To have the Chairman of the Intell Committee quoted in the news so soon after 9/11? (before the political positioning started to take place)
