Do they arrive will full honors to America? then transferred to flights to the home town in this fashion?

I think that may be the case. They may arrive in Dover with some ceremony, but from there I don't know.

My dad was shipped as freight to Arlington (sounds really strange to say that)...I don't know how he was received down there, but I suspect it was without ceremony. If so, they certainly more than made up for it in the internment.

We need some context here. Anyone have details on this?
