The source of the disease among the four employees is unclear, said Dr. Fielding, the county’s director of public health, but the investigation into the exposure is ongoing. Hepatitis A is usually spread from person to person through a fecal-oral route. Seems pretty clear to me.

That's why I don't eat out much, and only after I've checked the kitchen to check the workers out.

How did this happen? Was it from fresh vegetables fertilized with human waste? If so, was it grown in the USA or imported from a country that is stupid enough to use human waste as fertilizer?
Absolutely will no longer buy fresh fruit and vegetables grown outside of the USA.
