Well it's just so much easier to deal with one problem at a time. Eliminate the muhammadan threat from the face of the planet first, and perhaps that will impress the loony capitulators sufficiently that they will be very, very quiet, for a long, long time! If not - hey, we still have our ahem* "resources" close at hand, right?!
