What's your point here. None of those verses condone rape.
It instructs men to MARRY the captive and if the marriage is displeasing, she must be set free, not returned to slavery.
The second allows slavery of captives.
The third instructs that slaves may not be punished by death for adultery because they are slaves and can't consent.
The point was in response to a previous post which stated basically the same thing about Islam.
