Typical cop pranks: lemon juice in somebody's whistle, live "stiff" in the morgue, a well fed duck in an unpopular officer's car, and of course the old classic, baby powder or tear gas in the duct work of the AC in somebody's unit.

Somebody needs a humor transplant.
