If I was a lawyer Tom would get my vote.
If I hated strawberry's, he would be my guy.

He has some things that are right, but, like most of the Washington weasels, Tom puts most of the real penalties on small business.

I've never been much of a fan of employer sanctions myself, mostly for that very reason, so that's a valid criticism. But Kyl-Cornyn has similar provisions, does it not?
