I think it's the other way around. That is, the Angstrom is 10 times bigger than the nano. Anyway, I knew almost as soon as I hit "post" I had messed it up.

Used to work with some optics (astronomy) while in college. Blue end of the visible light was in the neighborhood 4000 Angstroms wavelength, then the SI units were pushed, so the equivalent was 400 nanometers.
