Your so right about that! If Lurch read your very wise post tonight I think he would reply........''How dare you call me a whiny wimp with fake injuries. I got sprayed with rice on my buttocks. Thats deserves a whole lot of medals......And never mind that I chose to come home and toss them all over a wall into a dumpster with all the television cameras there.I was making a statement.My actions said I love my country and the decorated soldiers and I'm proving it by tossing these medals into the trash for all the world to know.........see how I love my country and how patriotic I am!......

I think he hated them way back then too. he thought he was smarter than all of them, he alone knew how to "play the system", get the medals he needed for his political career, and get out.
