Although I understand the spirit of your statement, I would only wish to politely suggest that he might have trouble among the Dems here in the USA because he is FAR too honest about his beliefs, his goals and his past.  The Dems believe in most all of the same things that he does but the difference is that they try to convince us that they don't and that they are true-blue red-blooded American Patriots, while continually working against America's best interests and toward Socialist /Leftist / Marxist ends, as Mr. Garland is.   He needs to become a much better liar if he is to be welcomed among the Democrats.
