This case sounds like a direct repudiation of what Mad Maggie and her lawless court wrought in Massachusetts.

I'd add that I'd love to see her reaction, but I fear it would be along the lines of a righteous sniff and dismissive wave of her hand at the writings of those 'not as enlightened' as she and her band of arrogant, elitist activists.

On the bright side, the requisite number of signatures to put this issue in front of Massachusetts voters (in 2008) were filed at the Secretary of State's office this week. I truly hope the voters really tell Mad Maggie where to put her gavel when the question appears on the ballot!
