During his trial, he wrote out a plan to escape, kill two guards, kill another witness, and blow up a bus. A woman accomplice was supposed to provide transportation, dynamite, and a new shotgun. Handwriting analysis proved in court that it was his writing. So, this guy who claims he was innocent was going to kill guards and others to escape during his trial. That sounds about right.
