Isn't that the court Alito sits on?
No, because Farrell and Asner are FREE. As much as we disagree, they are allowed to make @sses out of themselves in public. Mumia and "Tookie", these two filthy subhumans, are murderers and should be dispatched to hell as soon as our legal system gets its head out of its rump and enforces their sentence. Never free.
(meaning he will be on SCOTUS)
Ping to Physicist.
Hmmm. So torn on this. I guess I will trust the justices to get it right without Alito's wisdom. Unlikely he would have been assigned anyway.
If mumia doesn't fry, I want my money back.

Isn't that the court Alito sits on?
Yes it is.
No kidding! If the evidence is clear there is no need for 25 years of appeals. If any real question of guilt exist (they don't for Mumia or Tookie) then death shouldn't be the sentence in the first place.
We need a fast track death penalty: Perp walk to dirty nap in 12-24 months. That is more than enough time to review the case.
FREE MUSIC!!! Oh, thought this was a RIAA thread...
I thought we torched that guy already???
"Abu-Jamal, 51, a one-time radio reporter, was convicted in 1982 of shooting Daniel Faulkner, 25, after the officer pulled over Abu-Jamal's brother in 1981."
At the risk of being unpopular, I think that the officer was actually beating his brother at the time. Now I am not defending Jamal , i am just pointing out the fact.
Free Mumia! Mumia is innocent!
Mumia didn't kill the cop; it was that "Allah" character, posing as Saint Malcolm, utilizing evil and insidious mind control techniques.
I was aware that Officer Faulkner had pulled Mambolia's brother over, but this is the first I have ever heard of any beating, and I have read numerous articles about this case. I have always been struck by the fact (as I remember it) that Mambolia's brother was at the scene of the shootings and yet did not testify in his brother's defense. Do you know why that was?
(Denny Crane: "I Don't Want To Socialize With A Pinko Liberal Democrat Commie.Say What You Like About Republicans. We Stick To Our Convictions. Even When We Know We're Dead Wrong.")
He gave an account to the police at the scene, and later to Mumia's defense team, but never testified. I had always heard/read that it was because he was afraid he would be charged in connection, although he was tried for assault against Faulkner. The whole case has alot of strange circumstance and was a mess from the beginning, IMO.
Mumia murdered Daniel Faulkner 24 years ago today.
Prayers for Maureen Faulkner, and Danny's brothers as they observe this sad anniversary.
