I always thought the slogan meant it was about unity, teamwork, etc. An Army of One- not one individual, but one team.

Duuhhhh...that's why I'm a civilian:)

No matter what it meant- it's stupid. One hopes they get rid of co-ed boot camp next. My son is infantry and thanks God every day there are no women in combat- his boot camp was strictly men. The difference between regular and infantry boot camp is incredible.

How about letting freepers decide the slogan or retired Army. It would save 1.5 Billion, and be better than what they have had. I like "multitasking for Freedom 24-7", and show how each recruit is able to Jump out of Planes,Scale Buildings, protect the American People home and abroad, and lead the World in fighting the Enemies of the World.
