I expect the EU countries to punish Romania and Bulgaria and not allow them into the EU if they allow US bases.
It will be interesting to see how the vote goes now.

Also, look to see if Poland will be punished as well if they helped the CIA.

The US should let them join NAFTA of they can't get into the EU.... but then Ireland and a bunch of others will want to join =o)
