Yeah by being a bigamist, he was carrying out her wishes.(eyes rolling) He could have sided with life, let Terri stay with her loving family, and walked away, but he was determined to see her die.

I don't think the guy was a bigamist was he?, he wasn't married to his mistress at the time, he just made a kid out-of-wedlock with her while being married to Teri. Really slimy and sleazy.

In states that recognize common-law marriages, Michael would be a bigamist. I don't know about Florida.

It was wrong for Judge Greer to place as guardian this estranged husband who had a live-in mistress and two illegitimate children. Just too much of a conflict of interest. Judge Greer further denied Terri due process - she never even had a lawyer.

At least three books have been published about Terri, the most popular one, "Silent Witness" by Mark Fuhrman.
